• SuS 2: Seated shoulder press (dumbbells) and Lunge with triceps extension (dumbbells); 4 x 12 with light to medium weight

• SuS 3: Rear foot elevated split squat and Lateral lunge (dumbbell); 4 x 12 light to medium weight

• SuS 4: Swiss ball hamstring curl and Wall sit; 4 x 20 reps and 20sec hold

COMMENTS:
